Performance parameters of slurry pump

1、 Traffic
Flow rate: refers to the amount of liquid discharged by the slurry pump per unit time, which can be expressed in two ways: volumetric force Q and mass flow rate Qc
The unit of volumetric flow rate is "m" ³ H, L/S
The units of weight flow rate are "t/h" and "kgf/h"
The relationship between volumetric flow rate and weight flow rate is: Qc=YQ
Y represents the specific gravity (weight) of the slurry, kgf/m ³

2、 Head
The increase in energy per unit weight of liquid passing through the slurry pump is equal to the algebraic difference between the outlet head and the total inlet head of the slurry pump, measured in meters of water column (mH2O), which is the conveying height of the slurry pump.

3、 Speed
Indicates the number of revolutions per minute of the slurry pump shaft, measured in r/min

4、 Power
The power of the slurry pump includes:
Output power Pe: The work done per unit time on the fluid flowing through the pump.
Input power P: refers to the power delivered by the motor to the pump shaft.
Paired power Pg: The rated output power of the motor, which is generally larger than the shaft power.

5、 Efficiency
The difference between the input power and output power of the pump is the ratio of power loss inside the pump.
